Men’s Tennis Heads to Saint Mary’s on Saturday

SANTA CLARA, Calif. – Santa Clara men's tennis plays one match this week, heading up to Moraga on Saturday to face Saint Mary's in a West Coast Conference tilt at 2 p.m.

The Broncos (3-6, 0-3) lost a pair of WCC matches last weekend, falling to Pepperdine and LMU at home.

Guillaume Dalmasso and Arthur Neuhaus have a team-best 5-4 singles record.

Dominic Barretto has a team-high three doubles wins, one while paired with Mann Shah atop the lineup and two with Dalmasso at No. 2.

Saint Mary's (3-10, 0-2) is coming off a pair of losses on the road at Utah State and BYU last weekend.  While the Gaels have played 13 matches this season, only two have come at home on the Timothy Korth Tennis Complex where they are 1-1.

The Gaels will host San Francisco on Friday prior to facing the Broncos.

Damon Kesaris has played at No. 1 singles all season and has a team-high tying six wins along with Matis Bot.

Kesaris also leads the Gaels in doubles wins with seven, all coming on court two.
