SANTA CLARA, Calif. – Santa Clara baseball fans can get a look at the 2020 edition of the Broncos on Sunday, Nov. 3 when they host San Jose State in an exhibition game inside Stephen Schott Stadium. The first pitch is scheduled for 11 a.m. and admission is free.
Starting last fall, NCAA rules permit Division I teams to play two fall exhibition games against outside competition that do not count against each team's 56-game limit in the spring. Prior to last year, teams were allowed to scrimmage outside competition in the fall, but they counted against the 56-game schedule.
