TUCSON, Ariz. - Santa Clara University's Bobby Monaco posted a top 20 finish among a deep field at the University of Arizona Intercollegiate this week in Tucson. Monaco carded rounds of 72 and 68 on Monday and finished with final round 77 Tuesday.

Monaco finished the three-round tournament with 14 birdies and a pair of eagles and played the par fives 6-under. Sophomore classmate Scott Lowe also eagled twice and senior Ronnald Monaco was steady at 74-75-71 spanning the three rounds.

As a team, the Broncos finished 9th overall in the 12-team field. The host Wildcats of Arizona won the team title by holding off Pac 12 rival California by one stroke.
