SANTA CLARA, Calif. - The Santa Clara women's water polo team wrapped up their first day at the SlugFest in Santa Cruz with a 9-4 victory over WWPA opponent Cal State San Bernardino. Senior Katie Radvanyi had a hat-trick for Santa Clara as they picked up their second conference victory of the day.

Radvanyi had an excellent performance, posting three goals and adding two kickouts drawn. The Lamb sisters scored a goal apiece, along with Meg Zimmerman and Claire Linney who each scored a goal. Brianna Anderson showed signs of last weekend's performance and scored twice.

Defensively, the Broncos kept their opponent off the scoreboard again. Kristin Barnes started in the cage and finished with 11 blocks.

Tomorrow, Santa Clara will continue the SlugFest with a match against Cal State East Bay.
