STANFORD, Calif. - Santa Clara women's water polo fell to No. 2 Stanford on Wednesday evening, 17-3. The Broncos drop to 7-16 overall and are 2-4 in Golden Coast Conference play.
Elle Fredrickson, Harper Daniels and Sophia Harvey scored a goal each for the Broncos. Kelly Frumkin came away with a game-high three steals. Liyara Senadheera, Grace Kavanagh and Georgia Lewis split time in the goal combining for seven saves.
Stanford improved to 16-2 overall. Madison Stamen and Sophia Sanders each scored three goals in the victory for the Cardinal.

The Broncos will head to Cal State East Bay on Friday, April 8, and then host Indiana on Saturday, April 9, at 4 p.m. as part of Senior Day.
