LAS VEGAS - Santa Clara men's tennis swept all six singles matches en route to a convincing 6-1 victory over UNLV (7-6) on Friday afternoon at the Fertitta Tennis Complex.
Jack Pulliam clinched the match with a straight set victory over Dusan Rsovac, 6-2, 7-5, on court five for Santa Clara (8-5). Pulliam's triumph came in the middle of six-straight singles wins after dropping the doubles point.
Trailing 1-0 on the team score, Arthur Neuhaus got the ball rolling atop the lineup when he defeated Maxim Verboven 6-1, 6-4 to knot the match up at 1-all.
Santiago Hinojosa put the Broncos ahead with his win on court six over Eduardo Cohen 6-3, 6-4.
On court three, Christian Lerby took care of Milos Dabic 6-3, 6-2 before Pulliam's clincher.
With the team win secured, the final two matches went to a super set with Guillaume Dalmasso and Mann Shah coming up on the winning end on both.

The Broncos return home for another contest against an Ivy League foe, Yale, on Monday. First serve is at 11 a.m.
