D'Aquila Wins Third Consecutive WCC Offensive Player of the Week Honor

SAN BRUNO, Calif. – It's a threepeat for Izzy D'Aquila. The senior forward was named the West Coast Conference Offensive Player of the Week for the third week in a row.

D'Aquila scored her second hat trick in three matches and registered her third multigoal game in the last four against Pacific in the WCC opener on Saturday. She has scored nine goals over the Broncos last three matches.

The eight days between hat tricks was the second fewest in program history. Jacqui Little had six days between hat tricks in 1999.

Last week, D'Aquila took home the honors after scoring four goals against San Francisco. The previous week, she scored a brace against Stanford to kickoff her run as the league's top offensive player.

D'Aquila is now tied for fourth in the country in goals with 11 and is tied for fifth with 24 points. Both marks are tops in the WCC.

The Broncos play at LMU Wednesday and at San Francisco on Saturday.
