NOTES
- The Broncos are coming off a pair of tough home West Coast Conference losses, falling to LMU, 3-1, on Thursday and to then No. 23-ranked Pepperdine, 3-2, on Saturday. The matchup against the Gaels begins a busy week for Santa Clara, which faces No. 10-ranked BYU on Thursday (6 p.m.) and No. 25 San Diego on Saturday (1 p.m.). Both of those matches will be at home.
- Saint Mary's has dropped four of its last five, including 3-0 road losses to both San Diego and BYU last week.
