Volleyball Coach to Assist at the 2022 Women’s National Team Open Program

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – Newly hired Santa Clara Associate Head Volleyball Coach Jessica Aschenbrenner will serve as part of the coaching staff to work at the 2022 Women's National Team Open Program at the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, Colorado on Feb. 25-27.  USA Volleyball made the announcement on Wednesday.

The Open Program will provide professional development opportunities for the nearly 50 coaches in attendance working alongside the National Team staff, led by U.S. Women's National Team Head Coach Karch Kiraly who led his team to the gold medal at the 2020 Summer Olympics.

The Open Program is part of the selection process for the U.S. Women's National Team, USA Volleyball's NCAA Elite Athlete List and the 2022 U.S. Women's Collegiate National Team. 

Santa Clara Head Volleyball Coach Erin Lindsey announced on Monday the hiring of Jessica Aschenbrenner who joined the Broncos from the University of Denver, where she spent the past five years on the volleyball staff.
