Water Water Polo Places 15 on the League's All-Academic Team

ALISO VIEJO, Calif. – Santa Clara women's water polo had 15 players earn spots on the Golden Coast Conference All-Academic Team. A total of 94 players from the league were recognized.

Emma Allegrucci, Lauren Baglietto, Mia Battilega, Natalie Brauser, Lydia Dadd, Hailey Eberle, Abby Fleming, Katie Francis, Kelly Frumkin, Maddy Gomes, Maggie Ireland, Anuhea Ledesma, Malena Nguyen, Maggie Oys and Gabi Sicat were the honorees.

The Broncos had the second-highest total behind California Baptist's 18.

The team consists of members who carried a 3.0 cumulative GPA (on a 4.0 scale), played in at least 50 percent of the team's contests and was classified as a full-time student who has completed a minimum of one semester or two quarters at her institution.
