SANTA CLARA, Calif. — Santa Clara baseball is currently hiring for its Director of Operations position ahead of the 2015-16 season. The job is a full-time, university-paid position that reports to head coach Dan O'Brien. This position is open to both men and women, and candidates are not required to have a background in baseball coaching to be considered.

"This is much more than just an administrative job," O'Brien said. "We want our Operations Director to be in the trenches with us, to be a part of the family, and to help us continue to build something very special."
