LAS VEGAS – Junior guard Tahj Eaddy of Santa Clara men's basketball landed on the 2019-20 preseason All-West Coast Conference team, which was announced Thursday at the league's annual media day event at Orleans Arena.
One of 10 players voted to the squad by the league's coaches, Eaddy was a second team All-WCC selection last season and is one of four starters returning for the Broncos.
The native of West Haven, Connecticut, native started all 31 games last season when he ranked 11th in the league in scoring (15.0 points per game) and third in 3-pointers made per game (2.5). He was also ninth in assists (3.2 pg), 10th in free-throw percentage (80.2) and 12th in 3-point field-goal percentage (37.9).
Eaddy and the Broncos kick off the season on Nov. 5 against UC Santa Cruz.
