SANTA CLARA, Calif. – Santa Clara women's soccer has added Myah Baksh to the 2017 roster. Baksh is from Rolling Hills Estates, Calif. and attended Palos Verdes Peninsula High School. She played club for Beach FC.
Baksh was named Second Team All-Conference during her sophomore year and was named Defensive Player of the Year at her high school. She focused on her club team after her sophomore season in high school.
She has been captain of Beach FC for the last eight years. The team won CRL three times as well as the National Cup and SDSL once each. They were runner-up in the national championships and ranked No. 2 in the nation as well.
Off the field she enjoys being outside, going to the beach, and relaxing.
