SANTA CLARA, Calif. – Santa Clara women's water polo will play in three tournaments, including hosting the Santa Clara Invitational, as part of the 24 game regular season schedule in 2019.
The Broncos kick off the season at the Aggie Shootout, hosted by UC Davis, on Jan. 19.
Santa Clara plays its second tournament at the Triton Invitational (Feb. 9 – 10) down in San Diego.
The team will play its home opener on Feb. 23 in the Santa Clara Invitational with games against Cal State Monterey Bay and UC Davis.
Along with the Santa Clara Invitational, the Broncos host a total of 10 home games at the Sullivan Aquatic Center against San José State (March 2), Cal Baptist in the Golden Coast Conference (GCC) opener (March 8), Sonoma State (March 16), Harvard (March 17), Cal State East Bay (April 4), LMU (April 5), Azusa Pacific (April 12) and Fresno State (April 14).
The Broncos will close the regular season on the road at Pacific (April 20).
The GCC Championship will be held April 26-28 in Fresno, California.
