Softball Drops Close Game to Northern Colorado

SANTA CLARA, Calif. – Santa Clara softball played a close game against Northern Colorado Sunday afternoon in the final game of the Silicon Valley Classic I but fell 2-0.

Northern Colorado got on the board first when Cheyenne Talmadge and Dani Young executed a double steal in the top of the second. The Bears added another run in the fifth on a single by Kenzie Kudrna and a three-base error in left.
