Excellent Fall Season Continuing for Riley; Broncos Lead at Cypress Ridge

SANTA CLARA, Calif. – Fresh off its tournament win at the Colby Invitational, Santa Clara's women's golf team leads the Lady Mustang Intercollegiate at Cypress Ridge. The Broncos are the overnight leaders heading into Sunday morning's final 18.

Senior Monique Riley (pictured) – who set SCU's single-event scoring record earlier this fall – shot an opening round 72, and so did junior Annie Freman who was an All-WCC preseason pick. As a team the Broncos posted another round under 300 to lead tournament host Cal Poly by one stroke.
