BANDON, Ore. - Play of the second round of the Bandon Dunes Championship was unable to commence and later canceled today due to standing water on the course in addition to rain. The tournament had now been reduced to a two-round tournament with the Final Round being played tomorrow at 8:30 am with a shotgun start.

In other news, four Broncos who are not competing in Bandon are playing as individuals in the Tim Tierney Pioneer Shootout at Corica Park Golf Course in Alameda, Calif. Players were able to get both Rounds 1 and 2 in today and will play the third round tomorrow. Eugenio Bernardi topped the list of Broncos as he had a 1-under 71 in Round 1 and had a Round 2 score of 3-over 75 to put himself in a tie for 40th. Joey Hayden opened with a 9-over 81 but was able to find success in the second round to shoot an even par 72 to go into a tie for 72nd while Carson Kawasoe steadied around 80 each round going 79-80 and is in a tie for 86th. Cameron Kaiser had a stellar tournament going as he went 72-70 but was unfortunately disqualified in the second round. Live stats for that event can be found here.
