Two Broncos Fall at Pre-Qualifying of ITA Men’s All-American Championships
 
STILLWATER, Okla. – Santa Clara men's tennis player Jesus Tapiador Barajas won once in the pre-qualifying singles rounds at the ITA Men's All-American Championships on Saturday before falling in the round of 128.  
 
In the round of 256, Tapiador Barajas beat Sebastian Santibanez of Lamar, 6-3, 6-2, but lost to Omaha's Matt Hulme, 6-4, 7-6(2) in the next round.  
 
Vasileios Iliopoulos lost in the opening round to Florida State's Rana Roop Singh Bhullar, 7-6(5), 6-1.    
 
The final 16 players advance to the qualifying draw in the strongest tournament of the fall season.
