Men’s Tennis Sweeps Sacramento State 7-0 in Home Opener
SANTA CLARA, Calif. – Santa Clara men's tennis did not drop a single set in sweeping Sacramento State 7-0 in the home opener on Saturday at the Degheri Tennis Center.   
 
The Broncos (3-5) won all three doubles matches clinching the doubles point on court three where the freshmen tandem of Nick Cmager and Mann Shah downed Josh Snowdon-Poole and Elliot Arnarp 6-2.  
 
With Arthur Neuhaus and Jesus Tapiador Barajas picking up the first two singles points on courts two and one, the match clincher came courtesy of Vasileios Iliopoulos on court four where he beat Carlos Rodriguez 6-2, 6-3.  
 
Neuhaus handled Snowdon-Poole 6-1, 6-2 and Tapiador Barajas also won by the same score after moving back up to the No. 1 spot.  
 
Sacramento State dropped to 1-4 on the season.

The Broncos hosts Holy Names on Sunday.  First serve is at 11 a.m. on the courts of the Degheri Tennis Center.
