SANTA CLARA, Calif. – With three wins in a row, Santa Clara women's basketball looks to keep the good times going as the Broncos welcome Gonzaga to Leavey on Thursday at 6 p.m. The Broncos took down San Francisco 68-57 in their lone game last week.

Thursday will represent a white out in the stands. Fans are encouraged to where white. The first 50 fans to the game will be given a white "fandana".

Santa Clara (15-5, 6-3 WCC) is outscoring opponents 65.4-57.5 and outrebounding teams 41.4-33.7. The Broncos are No. 15 in the nation with 16.6 offensive rebounds per game.

As a team Santa Clara forces 23.1 turnovers per game, seventh in the country, and collects 13.2 steals per game, fourth nationally.

The Broncos shoot 39.3 percent from the field and have hit 70 3-pointers. They are sixth in the country with 453 free throw attempts and eighth with 306 free throws made.

Lori Parkinson leads Santa Clara with 11.8 points per game and 23 blocks. She is second on the team with 6.2 rebounds per game and 2.1 spg.

Savanna Hanson paces the Broncos with 2.5 assists per game and is third in scoring with 8.9 ppg. She is third with 40 steals and adds 3.4 rebounds.

Devin Hudson leads the Broncos with 6.3 rpg and scores 7.2 ppg on a team-best 55.3 percent shooting from the floor.

Taylor Berry is No. 18 in the country with 53 steals and adds 6.6 ppg and 3.9 rpg.

Santa Clara is 27-33 all-time vs. Gonzaga and 16-14 in the Leavey Center. The first meeting came in 1987-88. Earlier this year the Bulldogs took down the Broncos in Spokane.

Gonzaga (14-7, 6-3 WCC) is outscoring opponents 64.3-55.5 and outrebounding teams 42.0-31.9. The Bulldogs shoot 40.5 percent from the floor and 32.7 percent from beyond the arc.

Jill Barta leads the team in scoring with 10.9 ppg despite not starting a game this season. She also leads the team with 30 steals and adds 5.0 rpg.

Shelby Cheslek is tops on Gonzaga and second in the league with 8.9 rpg and a 50.9 percent mark from the floor. She scores 10.2 ppg and averages 2.0 bpg.

Georgia Stirton scores 7.1 ppg to go with a team-high 2.9 apg.
