No. 20 Women's Soccer Selected for NCAA Tournament

 SANTA CLARA, Calif. – For the 29th time in program history and 10th time in the last 11 years, No. 20 Santa Clara women's soccer is headed to the NCAA Tournament. The Broncos will host Cal Saturday at 1 p.m.

Santa Clara (13-5-2, 7-0-2) is riding an 11-match unbeaten streak (9-0-2) and finished the regular season sixth in the nation with 2.75 goals per game and fifth with 2.7 assists per game and 8.2 points per game.

The Broncos are led by Kelsey Turnbow who is 11th in the country with 38 points and 19th with 10 assists to go along with a team-high tying 14 goals. Izzy D'Aquila also has 14 goals, which is tied for the most among freshman in the country.

Kelcie Hedge and Maddy Gonzalez both have scored five times with Hedge adding eight assists and Gonzalez chipping in four. Machaela George has four goals and six assists with Alex Loera adding four goals and three assists. Six other Broncos have found the back of the net.

Tickets are $10 for adults and $7 for children, seniors, or students. Group tickets are $4. Gates to Stevens Stadium, as well as its ticket office, are open one hour prior to the start of the match.
