SANTA CLARA, Calif. – Santa Clara women's basketball remains on the road and plays at BYU Saturday at 1 p.m. Pacific.

The Broncos lost a tough contest at San Diego Thursday.

SERIES HISTORY
Santa Clara is 2-18 all-time against BYU with the first meeting coming in 1998-99. Last season the Cougars won both meetings.

THE BRONCOS
Santa Clara (8-11, 2-6 WCC) is scoring with 71.0 points per game while shooting 43.1-percent from the field and 33.7-percent from downtown.

Paisley Johnson leads the team with 14.5 ppg while Brenna Drollinger leads with 4.3 apg and 37 3-pointers made while scoring 11.6 ppg. Sara Hamson is tops in the conference with 81 blocks and leads BYU with 8.0 rpg while adding 7.0 ppg.
