SANTA CLARA, Calif. – The regular season comes to a close for Santa Clara women's basketball with a visit to Pacific Saturday at 2 p.m.

The Broncos won in overtime at Saint Mary's 94-87 Thursday night.

SERIES HISTORY
Santa Clara is 30-23 all-time against Pacific with the first meeting coming in 1974-75. The Broncos beat the Tigers 75-65 in the opening week of conference action in Leavey Center earlier this season.

THE BRONCOS
Santa Clara (11-17, 5-12 WCC) is scoring 69.0 points per game this season on 41.2-percent shooting from the floor and 33.4-percent from beyond the arc.

Tia Hay leads the team with 12.4 ppg, 3.6 assists per game, and 1.3 steals per game. Ashlyn Herlihy is second in scoring with 10.3 ppg and leads with 7.1 rebounds per game. Merle Wiehl has hit a team high 41 3-pointers while scoring 9.2 ppg and grabbing 4.1 rpg. Lauren Yearwood is averaging 1.4 blocks per game with 5.8 ppg and 4.9 rpg.

THE TIGERS 
Pacific (15-13, 8-9 WCC) is scoring 68.6 ppg while allowing 65.2. The Tigers shoot 40.8-percent from the field and 30.6-percent from downtown.

Valerie Higgins leads the team in scoring (16.5 ppg), rebounds (9.1 pg), steals (98), assists (98), and blocks (22). Brooklyn McDavid scores 14.6 ppg and leads the team in shooting with a 50.4-percent mark from the floor. Kaylin Randhawa scores 8.0 ppg and Sofie Tryggedsson scores 7.1 with a team high 47 3-pointers made.
